Mindfulness

To practice mindfulness means to maintain a non-judgmental moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.

While living a busy life can come with great rewards, it can also put us at risk of being a passenger in our own life and not actively participating in it.  Inner Compass Coaching will offer a space to learn mindfulness skills and incorporate them into daily experiences to live in the drivers seat more consistently and confidently.

The development of mindfulness skills empowers individuals to navigate away from fight, flight or freeze reactions, fostering improved self-connection, heightened internal and external awareness, and richer relationships with others.

“Mindfulness is a deceptively simple way of relating to all experience that can reduce suffering and set the stage for positive personal transformation.”

Ronald D. Siegel, Christopher K. Germer, & Andrew Olendzki, 2009

“She helped me see parts of me that I needed to be kinder with. She helped me like myself more and trust myself more. She has helped me see the parts of myself that all have a story. She has helped me gently work with those parts of myself not to be limited or controlled by them.”
